Billings Montana is the best option! It’s an hour and forty five minute drive from Cody! Bozeman Montana is a good option however that airport is a three hour drive from Cody! Cody airport is a last option as it can be the most pricy!
Anything comfortable as it is Wyoming! There are plenty of shopping options around town as well as Western Wear stores for boots, jeans and hats to get the full experience!
That is up to your comfort and stress level, Cody is a very laid back town even in the summer! Most places are same day available, the Rodeo, museum, and many more activities always have plenty of space even if you show up without a reservation!
