FAQs

Question

Where should I stay if I live out of town?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms for any guests who need a place to crash for the night. For more information regarding this, check out our travel page.

Question

What time do I need to be at the wedding?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to the ceremony to ensure that everyone finds a seat before the bridal party walks in.

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a couple hours between the ceremony and reception. During this time, guests can prepare or unwind at home, their hotel, or you can check out our things to do page for ideas on how to fill the time in the area.

Question

What’s the deal with food?

Answer

Bring your appetite. Dinner will be served buffet style for guests. We’ll also have a fruit bar before dinner, a table full of desserts, and late night pizza.

Question

Are we paying for our drinks during the reception?

Answer

Drinks are on us. Enjoy the open bar!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

It will likely be very warm the day of the wedding so dress accordingly. The dress code will be semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Question

Where should guests park? Is it free?

Answer

Parking is free at both the ceremony and reception. Parking for the ceremony is across the street from the church and the reception has a parking lot.

Question

How do you know who’s coming?

Answer

Please make sure you write the names of all guests attending on the RSVP so you’re accounted for in regard to seating.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered for a few gifts on Zola but would encourage cash gifts to our HoneyFund. Check out our registry page for the information.

Question

What about favors?

Answer

As a thank you for coming there will be favors set out for guests at the reception. Don’t forget yours!

Question

Can I take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony so keep your phones put away and on silent at all times before the “I do’s” as we have a professional photographer and videographer that have it covered. Photography is more than welcome at the reception. If you Instagram, use our hashtag #HolySchultzImAWilson.

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at indoor venues.
