When/where should I RSVP by?

Answer

February 15th, 2025, on the website. The ones in your party that are invited will be added into the website, you will just need to click yes or no. There will not be a mail in option for RSVP so you must do it on the website or let Heather know and she will RSVP for you on the website.

Yes, we are registered here on Zola. Click on the registry tab and it’ll take you to it

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit with tie or dress pants and button down shirt and women wear a knee length, cocktail, or floor length dress. If the ceremony is outdoors, it will be on grass, so plan shoes accordingly. No jeans. Absolutely NO White!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have rooms blocked at the Hilton garden inn in Winchester and the Hampton Inn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5pm, you can arrive no earlier than 415 and no later than 445. If you arrive after the wedding party is lined up, you will have to wait outside the ceremony location until the ceremony is over

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle provided by the Hilton Garden Inn if you are staying there.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking on site behind the estate.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, we are limited on space and only a select few of children are invited, and they will be named on your invite. We hope you understand and use this as a date night to come have fun with us! On another note, there will be an open bar, and the music will not be censored, so please plan accordingly.

If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite and your RSVP on our website

Is the ceremony & reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather depending, we will have the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoor.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by February 15th, then you will be marked declined and there will not be a spot for you. We have to give final numbers to the caterer and venue for food and alcohol and there will not be any exceptions.
