What should I wear?
Answer
Welcome Party: Summer Relaxed Chic. Think casual dresses and short sleeve button ups. Wedding Party: Formal Attire. Think suits and evening dresses. The ceremony will be on grass, so we suggest avoiding stilettos. Feeling stuck? Text Blake, she loves this stuff!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 22, 2026, using the form on this site. A link and reminder will come to you in a formal invitation.

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will take guests to and from Smith Farm Gardens. It will depart from Water’s Edge Resort and other near by hotels/inns. Exact times and locations will be shared closer to the date.

Is the ceremony outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside in the sun (hopefully!), feel free to bring sunglasses. Afterward, we’ll move to a cocktail hour in the garden, followed by a reception under a tent, all on the same property.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please refer to your invitation, it will indicate if a plus one is included. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should we arrive?

3:30 PM. Please refer to the Schedule tab.

What happens after the reception?
Answer
The reception ends at 10:00 PM, but we’ll be keeping the good vibes going with a bonfire, s'mores, drinking games and more from 10:00–11:30pm. The buses will drive you back to Westbrook at either 10 PM, 10:45 PM or 11:30 PM where you can head to bed or continue the party at a nearby bar.

How will you keep us updated with wedding info?

We’ll be sending out text alerts to keep you in the loop with important details, reminders, and any last-minute updates. No need to sign up, we’ve got you covered.

Can I drive to the venue?
Answer
There’s plenty of parking available at Smith Farm Gardens. If you plan to drive, please do so responsibly. We kindly ask that no one drinks and drives, shuttles will be available from Westbrook for a safe and easy option.

Can we take photos during the wedding?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly request that phones and cameras be kept out of sight until after the ceremony is concluded. Of course feel free to take photos at the end of the ceremony, during the cocktail hour, reception, and after party.

What if it rains?
Answer
It wont ;)... but the ceremony is planned for outside, however, there is a tented reception space, and we have a rain plan in place just in case.
