The Schulenti wedding week is March 7th-March 11th 2027 There are also plans for Disney and universal following the stay. *More information on the Disney portion will be on the Facebook page from Jeanette

Question

Where will we be staying?

Answer

Immediate family will be staying on site at the private venue. The bride and groom have hand selected bungalow/room assignments. If you have questions about where you are staying, feel free to reach out to the bride! Although unfortunately not everyone is able to sleep on site, we highly encourage (in fact we prefer) those staying locally to come party with us during the days!! There are several local hotels or Airbnb/Vrbo accommodations to choose from for the remainder of guests. Please see the Travel tab for further info on this.

Question

How much will this cost me?

Answer

We do ask that guests staying on site, pay for their lodging. This will cost $550 per person. Please keep in mind this is for the entirety of the 4 nights/5 days

Question

When is the money due for those staying on site? How do I pay?

Answer

The money will be due November 1st 2026. All money can be given to the bride who will make all the arrangements. Venmo/Zelle/cash/check are all acceptable.

Question

When should we arrive/depart?

Answer

Check in is at 4pm on Sunday the 7th. The venue is approximately 60 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 90 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Check out is 11am on Thursday March 11th. Those joining us in Disney will be flying home from Orlando (MCO).

Question

Do I need to get a rental car?

Answer

This is a personal preference, but recommended due to the distance of the venue from the airport. It will also be nice to have for those driving the few hours to Disney after since it's about 5 hours away from the venue. Local grocery stores are between 2-4 miles away. There is on-site parking if you choose to get a rental car.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The event is "beach formal" but wear whatever is comfortable for you. There are no color restrictions aside from from white and ivory. Please remember this entire event is outdoors and in the sand, so please plan footwear accordingly and feel free to be barefoot if you would like.

Question

What is the food/meal situation?

Answer

The bride and groom will be providing dinner 2/4 nights. Guests will be responsible for all other meals/drinks. There is a grocery store nearby, and each guest house has a full kitchen. There are several grills on site as well.
