WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

The wedding ceremony, reception, and after party will all be held at Airlie in Warrenton, VA. We encourage guests to stay on property if possible. We would love for everyone to be able to celebrate responsibly.

IS THE WEDDING OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and will last approximately 20-30 minutes. The cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be held indoors. Guests who are sensitive to heat are welcome to head directly to the reception area after the ceremony.

WHAT IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY ATTIRE?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a long dress or formal jumpsuit. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the weather may be warm. We encourage guests to choose light, breathable fabrics to stay cool while still looking their best. WHAT TIME SHOULD I AIM TO ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure all guests are seated in time.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

All events will take place at Airlie and are within walking distance of each other. We have a room block available on the property. If you choose to stay off-site, we recommend scheduling Ubers or Lyfts in advance.

WHAT IS THE DRINK SITUATION?

Answer

We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor for everyone to enjoy. As per venue policy, all alcohol will be provided by Airlie, and we kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought in.

We kindly invite you to RSVP on our website. If you’re responding on behalf of yourself and a guest—or your whole family—you’ll be able to RSVP for everyone in your group.
