When Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We would love to hear from you on or before September 14th, 2026. Please RSVP through this website. If you are having any issues with completing your RSVP via this website, please reach out to us directly so we can make sure that we have your response recorded appropriately!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by our closest family and friends! If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only kind of party. Think of it as you well-deserved night off - cocktails in hand, dancing shoes on, and no bedtime battles in sight. Plus, we promise there will be plenty of fun stories to share with the kiddos later.

What should I wear?

Answer

Get ready to bring the glam - we're talking black tie optional! For the ladies: a floor-length gown is your best bet, but a chic midi or mini dress will also do the trick if it feels fancy enough - extra points for fun colors! For the men: Suit and tie or a tux is the move. We believe in look good feel good so wear whatever you feel best in! Got questions? Ask us!

Can I wear white?

Please reserve white and any other color that can be perceived as white for the bride.

Is there help available for transportation throughout the day?

Answer

Yes! We recognize that the walk around the property can be difficult for a variety of reasons. Since our special day will take place in a variety of locations, help is available. Venue staff will be available onsite with a gator to assist in driving to and from the various locations.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes - there is parking onsite. Vehicles are permitted to be left at the venue overnight but are required to be picked up the following day, Sunday November 15th, by 10:00 AM. We will also be offering transportation to and from the hotel.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure that you have time to travel to the open air chapel and are seated comfortably before the ceremony begins.

Can we take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, we request that phones and cameras be kept out of sight until after the couple is deemed husband and wife. You are welcome to take photos during the second half of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Will wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If mother nature complies, we'll say "I Do" under the open sky in the open air chapel. Following the wedding ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with both indoor and outdoor options - any outdoor areas will also have heaters throughout the area. The reception and dancing will be indoor with outdoor options for any overflow.
