Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Hotel blocks have been set up at the Sleep Inn and Suites. Check out the travel and accomodations page to get information on the hotel.

Are we able to camp at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Information about camping at the venue can be seen on our travel and accommodations page. To reserve a spot call 715-723-2861

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and reception. The shuttle will be leaving the Sleep Inn & Suites at 4:15 pm. The shuttle will be returning to the hotels every hour starting at 8 pm.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place at St Joseph Catholic Church 413 W. Menomonie St. Elk Mound, WI 54739 The reception will be taking place in Building B and the Leinenkugel Pavilion at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds 225 Edward St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be inside at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Elk Mound. Our reception venue does have buildings, but these are not heated or cooled. Make sure to prepare for the unpredictable Wisconsin weather!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family of the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. If you are staying in one of the hotel blocks, transportation will be provided from the hotels to the reception venue starting at 4:15 PM. If you are not staying at one of these hotels you can plan to arrive at the reception around 4:30 to start the cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have free keg beer and cider to self serve in a keg trailer. There will also be other free pre-packaged drinks like beer and seltzer. For other beverages, we have water, pop, and coffee to drink. Alcohol can be brought in by guests, but not purchased at the venue.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please return your RSVP by May 28th, 2022. You can also RSVP on our website!
