When I was coming home from NYC I had saw him on Facebook, and I decided to message him. We got to talking and really connected. Soon I went back to NYC to go back to school, but it did not keep us from talking. We wanted to get together on a weekend when I was home. It was tough because I was only home for so long. Aj and I finally got to schedule something, we rode in his car for hours just talking. Once I got home, I new he was the one for me. After many talks, meeting families we instantly new it was meant to be. Our journey began on April 29th, 2016.

One snowy afternoon, we went to take Christmas photos for our first Christmas card with our new puppy Simba. Some of our family members came for support and help with Simba. As I was going to change outfits, I come back to seeing my puppy with a bandana on. The bandana said "Will you marry my daddy?" I instantly start crying and seeing AJ down on one knee. I was to quick and took the ring and put it on myself. We are ready to spend the rest of our lives together and embark on life.
