When Should I RSVP By?

Timing

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony as there is a short walk on the grass from where you will park. The reception will end at 11 pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors by the lake, weather permitting. The reception will be inside their lakeview tent.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear garden inspired black-tie optional. You may choose to wear your most formal attire (such as an evening gown or tuxedo) or opt for a formal suit or cocktail/flowy dress. It is highly encouraged to wear something colorful. Feel free to check out the guest attire examples tab for inspiration!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you plan to stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brighton South, there will be a shuttle transporting people to and from the wedding. The ceremony and reception will both be on the same property.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. If you are driving, please park at the Lakeview Tent parking lot. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.
