If you are a US citizen you'll only need a valid passport that doesn't expire within your stay. If you are not a US citizen but have a valid US/CA/EU visa you do not need any additional visa to visit the DR.

No, it is recommended that you don't drink water from the tap. There is bottled water available everywhere throughout the resort.
You may purchase groceries at the National Supermarket located at the Marina, in Casa de Campo. The supermarket is open M - Th 9am - 8pm, Fri - Sat 9am - 9pm, and Sun 9am - 6pm.
Yes, we recommend booking any and all reservations prior to your arrival, including hotel, restaurants, golf tee times and other activities.
The local currency is the Dominican Peso. Dollars, however, can also be used throughout the resort. If you need cash there are numerous ATMs on the property. If you are renting a car at the airport please make sure that you have Dominican Pesos for the tolls for PUJ or SDQ to Casa de Campo. Banks and currency exchange offices are available at the airports.
