Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026. This deadline is to ensure we can prepare table arrangements and send accurate headcounts to our vendors. We appreciate your responses and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks reserved in town for our guests. You can find full details and booking information under the “Travel” tab in the website header above. Vail and the surrounding areas also offer many wonderful Airbnb and VRBO options if you prefer a private stay.

Question

What airport do I fly into?

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! In your RSVP, you’ll be asked if you’d like to opt into the transportation we’re providing to and from the wedding venue. The shuttles will pick you up in the heart of Vail Village and bring you back after the reception ends!

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

You absolutely can if you’d like the flexibility, but it’s not necessary. Vail is very walkable and has a great shuttle system that runs throughout town. Our Thursday events will be within walking distance in the village, and you can also use the village shuttles to get around. We will also have transportation provided to and from the wedding venue. For getting to and from the airport, we’ve set up a discounted shuttle block with Epic Mountain Express for our hotel blocks. Details for airport transportation and Vail’s local shuttle system can be found under the “Travel” tab on the website.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue that is free for guests if you choose to drive yourselves.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless your children are listed when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep things intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the weather like in Vail in mid June?

Answer

Mid-June in Vail is beautiful! Expect daytime temperatures in the 60s and cooler nights! We recommend bringing a light wrap, shawl, or jacket that complements your attire for the evening.

Question

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by a tented reception. There is also a large lodge on the property should anyone need to step inside!

Will the Cowboys and Cocktail welcome party the evening before the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour will begin outdoors in the gardens and move inside to the Fitz Bar at sunset, a cozy mountain bar with indoor/outdoor space & fire pits.
