Jolene was my first friend at York when I transferred there in 9th grade! We were both the new kids and instantly became great friends! It wasn't long until we were inseparable, we practically lived at each other's houses throughout high school! We went to the same college and shared a dorm room and have stayed great friends throughout all the years! She is my best friend and has become like a sister, I love her so much! It has been so amazing to see each other grow throughout the years, from the birth of her first child (who is the flower girl) to being her MOH in 2017 and since the birth of her other two children and now finally onto my wedding day! I am so thankful for our friendship and can't wait to share more memories on my special day!
Matt Martin
Best Man
Matt and Steve have been best friends since they were in grade school! He is more like family than he is a friend. We golf and go target shooting, but we've never let go of our youthful passions like playing video games and shooting hoops. We use our time together not just for fun, but to talk about anything and everything. The little things remind us of what made us so close to begin with, and ensures we always will be. I am thankful that he will be by my side when I marry my other best friend!
Erika Bishop

A fun fact about Erika and I is that we share a birthday! That was one of the things that brought us together in high school on top of a million boring classes that we talked all the way through and got yelled at frequently! We quickly became best friends and had so many adventures during high school and college and have thankfully remained so close throughout the years! We share in so many similarities that no matter how much time passes, it's like nothing has changed at all! I recently had the honor of being part of Erika's big day two years ago and I am so thankful that she will be there to share in mine! I love her so much and truly cherish the friendship that we have created!
Jesse Erb

Jesse and Steve became friends as soon as Jesse moved to Avon when they were in grade school. Jesse and Steve share many of the same interests, but they share something much more important. They are kindred spirits. They often say they were born at the wrong time due to their appreciation of classic rock and older movies, and classic values like compassion, love, and selflessness. I was so honored to be by Jesse's side when he married the love of his life and I am grateful that he will be there when I marry mine!

Hayley and I met about 5 years ago because her husband Jesse and Steve have been best friends since they were kids! We have had so many amazing memories over the past couple of years and I wouldn't trade them for anything! She is now one of my best friends and I don't know what I would do without her! Hayley is the kind of friend who feels like family and is always there when you need her! We have grown in our abilities to throw a great party and always have the best time when we are together! I was thankfully a part of her big day in 2019 and I can't wait for her to be a part of mine as well!
Josh Palmer

Josh and Steve met as young adults fresh out of school and became friends instantly. Steve and Josh are so alike, they could be confused for the same person, just in different sizes. I would mention some of the things we have in common, but I believe that it speaks much more to our friendship to say it would be a much shorter list to explain what we don't have in common. We often interpret things in the exact same way. One knows exactly what the other is thinking at any given time. Josh and Steve have been fierce friends through thick and thin, and always will be. There was no doubt in Steve's mind that he wanted Josh by his side on the big day!

I met Bri through Hayley about 5 years ago! We instantly hit it off and became friends! We grew so much closer when she started dating our roommate and was coming to hang out at our house every weekend! We have shared so many memories and have a lot of the same interests in makeup and getting our nails done and we both LOVE to shop! I can always count on her to know that I will be running late and that I will need her help getting ready for a party any time it is at my house because I have awful time management hahaha She is now one of my best friends and I love her so much, I am very thankful that she will be part of my big day!

Mikey and Steve met as children, and have stayed friends ever since. Mikey has been and always will be the most positive and even-keeled person in our lives. He is unrelenting in his happiness, his devotion to his friends, and it is always a pleasure to be around him. We share our love for music, specifically playing guitar and songs we love together. We often get told that we are twins and I am thrilled to have him by my side on our big day!

I met Nicole through Hayley as well about 5 years ago, they have been best friends since they were little and quickly brought me into their tight-knit group and made me one of the girls! Nicole is such a thoughtful, giving person and always gives the best gifts! She and I have so much in common and quickly became best friends! We have had so many memories over the years and share a love for planning which has made all of our shenanigans so much more fun to plan together! We've grown so much closer over the years with her helping me get through school for coding and putting up with my endless questions to sharing the experience of planning our weddings at the same time! I am so thankful that I get to be part of her big day in July and I cannot wait to make more memories with her at mine!
