Chrissy & Andrew

Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Chrissy Schone and Andrew Stein
Here is a short list of a few of our favorite spots to visit in Philly that are meaningful to us.

Barnes Foundation

2025 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130

Where Chrissy and Andrew got engaged! Founded in 1922 by Dr. Albert C. Barnes to advance education and appreciation of the fine arts, the foundation is renowned for its extensive holdings of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, and early modern European paintings, as well as African art, sculpture, and decorative arts. The collection includes the world's largest groups of works by Renoir and significant pieces by Cézanne, Matisse, and Picasso.

Buena Onda

1901 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA 19130

Where Chrissy and Andrew had their first date! Buena Onda, Chef Jose Garces’ Baja-inspired taqueria is more than a fast casual taqueria, it’s a mindset. In Spanish, Buena Onda means ”Good Vibes”. In a world full of fast casual options, Buena Onda offers a unique, casual Baja taqueria experience for guests with an appealing menu, friendly service, and laid-back beach bum decor.

LeBus East Falls

4201 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19129

This is our favorite restaurant in East Falls and just down the street from our home and church. Located in Philadelphia’s East Falls neighborhood at the corner of Ridge & Midvale Ave, LeBus is family-friendly and serves simple, American homestyle food. Our favorite item on the menu is the East Falls burger.

Reading Terminal Market

1136 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Explore Philly's oldest public market with over 75 diverse, small, family-owned businesses providing local produce, meats, poultry, seafood, cheeses, baked goods, confections, an array of freshly prepared foods and gifts. The market is located only a few blocks walk from both the hotel and reception venue. Seating is limited but there is a central area with tables and chairs.

Giovani's Bar & Grill

1533 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102

Giovani's is one of our favorite lunch date spots. If your looking for a classic Philly pub experience, come try a Citywide Special! The buffalo chicken tenders are out of this world and Chrissy's favorite.

Zio's Brick Oven Pizza

111 South 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Zio's was our first lunch date spot while we were both working in Center City. If you are looking for a great slice of pizza near the Loews, Zio's comes close to NY pizza standards. The garlic knots are exceptional and Andrew's favorite.
