A decade ago, we shared an English class together during our senior year in high school. Crazy enough, we even sat right next to one another! RUMOR HAS IT: Nick always knew of Jessica's grits and smarts, and credits Jessica of his passing grade thanks to copying her work. Ten years later, we reconnected after Nick "accidently" sends a message through Social Media. From then on it was history. We went on our first date (a Jay-Z concert in Orlando, FL) to now, planning the best day of our lives!

Jessica went on a summer Europe trip with girl friends, Cristine and Stephanie. After both friends left, Jessica went to Italy to spend time with family, while Nick planned to meet her there. On the morning of the proposal, Jessica's aunt was skeptical because of his suspicious behavior (constantly reaching into his pocket - making sure the ring was still there). Off they went alone into their first adventure in Milan. During their visit at the Duomo di Milano (Milan Cathedral), Nick surprisingly asks for a photo. He gives a stranger his camera, as Jessica overhears that the phone was recording (for a very special reason, of course). She argues & questions, typical Jessica, as she was preparing her own phone for a photo. Nick then on a whim, gets down on one knee in front of the cathedral and says “...because I want you to marry me Jessica!” Jessica of course is speechless, begs Nick to get up, & says “THANK YOU SO MUCH!” instead of “YES.” Needless to say, they sat at the steps of the cathedral, surrounded by strangers clapping, collected their excitement and emotions, and called their family in tears. To celebrate, dinner and wine in the heart of Milan, and a spontaneous trip to Switzerland the following day. So excited to celebrate our love and happiness with you!
