Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Imperial Ballrooms, Blue Ballroom and patio. The ballrooms are connected to the Holiday Inn Lancaster located at 26 E Chestnut St, Lancaster, PA 17602

What time should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 to ensure you are parked and seated.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal Men should wear a dress shirt and tie with or without a jacket, and women should wear a tea-length, midi-length or long dress.

Is the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on a covered patio, though can be held indoors if needed for inclement weather. The reception will be indoors though will be adjoining to the ceremony venue which will be open throughout the night.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is completely accessible.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unless otherwise stated on your invitation, please leave your little ones at home. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a covered parking garage adjacent to the venue.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired photographers/videographers and we’d love to have professional photos with no phones or devices in them. We ask that you remain unplugged during the ceremony.

Will food and drink be provided?

Answer

Of course! Please come hungry - our cocktail hour will be full of hors d'oeuvres and there will be a plated dinner during the reception. We will also have a traditional Pittsburgh cookie table for dessert and an open bar.

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can click on the tab "registry" on this site to see all our registry items. We also have a "house renovation fund" in lieu of cash. Please note that it is helpful to mark any gifts as "purchased" to avoid duplicates. If purchased through Zola, it is automatically marked. Thank you!!

If the room blocks are full, are there other accomodations??

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of hotels in the area within a short distance to the venue.
