What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm, so please be in your seats by 1:45pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. There is parking available in the lot adjacent to the church.

Will transportation be provided to the reception?

Answer

Yes. Buses will be provided for guests staying at The Draftsman and The Graduate from the University Baptist Church at 1223 W. Main Street. For guests staying at The Omni and the Residence Inn, buses will pick up from the Water Street side of the Omni Hotel. Buses will depart at 4:50pm SHARP, so please be timely. Return transportation will be provided at the end of the reception, with drop off at each of the hotels.

Can I drive my own car to the reception at King Family Vineyards?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at King Family Vineyards. However, if you plan on drinking alcohol at the reception, we advise taking the buses provided. An early shuttle will depart around 9:30pm for those that need to leave before the end of the reception.

Is there a dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Dress code is black-tie optional.

Are there any COVID-19 protocols I should be aware of?

Answer

In order to safely host our many loved ones, we kindly ask that all guests be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We understand if this impacts your ability to join us, and we look forward to finding another time to celebrate with you.
