Will I need my ID?

Answer

Yes, if you are 21 or older and wish to drink you will need to provide proof of legal age.

If I RSVP on the website, should I also send back my RSVP card?

Answer

Nope! One or the other is fine. Completely up to you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We listed your children on your invitations and have allowed for room for them as marked on the RSVP cards.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

No - however if you choose to stay at the Iron Gate Hotel, the venue has a deal with Uber to provide free rides. You can also Uber/Lyft from any hotel. Vehicles can stay there overnight, but will need to be picked up by 10 AM the next morning or it will be towed at the owner's expense.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is it okay to record or take pictures on my phone?

Answer

Only for the reception. We have hired a professional to capture our special day, so please do not block his shots.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we ask you to turn off your phone, put away cameras, and enjoy the moment.

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 PM so please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:50 PM EST at the venue.

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We'd love to know if you can make it! Please RSVP by September 15 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section of the website.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Please park in the parking lot next to the venue and make your way down the path to the willow chapel. There will also be a golf cart available to provide rides.
