Answer

To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab and type your name Ex. Sarah Fortune (not The Fortune Family or Dr. & Mr. Fortune). Kindly RSVP before Saturday, June 7. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest convenience. Any RSVPs not received by June 7th will be marked as 'no' as we will be sending final head counts to vendors shortly after this deadline- we will miss you!

Can I bring a guest/date/plus one?Can I bring a guest/date/plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & guest." For families, it will list "(you name) & Family." Otherwise, we would love to have the wedding as an intimate with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Be sure to book your room or cabin as soon as possible! If you need a handicap-accessible or first-floor room, let the booking staff know right away since the resort doesn’t have elevators and has three floors. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible! If you are staying at the resort, make sure you book breakfast with your room!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive no later then 2:45 PM as the doors will be closing at 2:55. You will still be able to attend the reception so just hang tight and we will see you then! Thank you for understanding!

The dress code is Cocktail/Semi-formal. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

The ceremony will be held indoors and the reception will be held outdoors.

Yes, there will be parking with easy access to the venue.

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using ride-share apps (Lyft/Uber) or have a designated driver if you plan on drinking! Please make sure you pick your car up the next morning! Or reserve a room at the Poland Spring Resort!
