Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at the Schnopp Residence, located at 5691 N. Greentree Drive, Somis, CA 93066. Please keep in mind that this is a private residence.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 4:00 pm, we recommend that guests arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the official ceremony start time to allow ample time to park, walk to the residence, and get settled into your seat. The wedding will end promptly at 10:00 pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us. So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal or cocktail attire. Please reserve hues of green for the wedding party. Please see the "Dress Code" tab for more in-depth information on what is and isn't permitted.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking near the Schnopp Residence can be limited; only street parking is available. Because of this, we recommend carpooling. You may park on either side of N. Greentree Drive and Kingsgrove Drive. Please be mindful when parking on the street, not to block any of our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. When parking, please be mindful that the house is on a hill and the roads can be steep.

Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a guest/ date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally addressed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us, and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures (which we will share with you). Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, and if you would like to tip our bartender, please bring cash with you. However, please be mindful that this is a private residence and we urge you to all drink responsibly, and plan for a designated driver if you are planning on drinking. Last call is at 9:15 pm.
