Maid of Honor
I met Jordyn shortly after I started dating Blake, at a night out in Everett. We partied at the Soundview and danced the night away at the Anchor, and after we celebrated our college graduations together we were inseparable all summer. I am so happy and grateful to get to soon say that my best friend is also my sister-in-law!
Best Man
I grew up with Nate, and over the last 15 years became best friends. We truly have done everything together including travelling , camping, and owning a couple sailboats together. Nate has been there for every major life event, including being the photographer when I proposed to Hannah. Nate has always been there when I needed him and I truly could not ask for a batter friend who I know will always be there for me.
Matron of Honor
I met Quinn during my first visit to Blake's dad's house in Skagit Valley. She was dating her now-husband, Nate, one of Blake's best friends, and before being introduced I was told "You'll really like Quinn, she's a pilot! You both like planes!" Now here we are years later and Quinn is one of my best friends.
Groomsman
I have baby pictures with Joe, growing up hunting, fishing and hanging out together. He has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, always getting into mischief and making trouble with each other. Some of my favorite memories with Joe have been at 6 in the morning, heading out on the boat to blast some ducks, worried that we forgot out toilet paper.
Bridesmaid
Katherine is one of my oldest friends. We celebrated our 5th birthdays together, and now nearly 23 years later we'll be celebrating our weddings two weeks apart. From family camping trips as kids to girls trips visiting each other in different states, we've gone through all the different life stages together.
Groomsman
Jim is another man that I have known since we were babies. We spent almost every day together one summer up in Bellingham when I moved into my first college house, and have spent many more days together since then. We talk almost every day and still play videogames a few times a week, talking and having a blast.
Bridesmaid
Gabby and I met in elementary school and grew up in West Seattle together, where we became close through summers on the swim team, yearly family camping trips, and days running around the neighborhood. Even though we haven't lived in the same town since high school, we remain close, always planning the next girls' trip (next stop, Paris!).
Groomsman
Wylie may be the funniest person I have ever met, not a day going by that I wasnt keeled over laughing my ass off with him. I lived with him in college for a year and a half, slowly becoming best friends day by day. Some of my favorite memories are from our college softball team Broke Bat Mountain, partying a little too hard before every game, and causing an absolute ruckus on the field.
Bridesmaid
I met Sydney in middle school, and even though we went to different schools that didn't stop us from becoming fast friends through all of our shenanigans in West Seattle. Sydney is one of the driving forces behind our girls' trips, and after starting medical school in New Mexico this summer, that gives us another state to check off the bucket list!
Groomsman
I lived with Wes for 2 years in college, spending many nights hanging out and talking or watching baseball. Even after we graduated and both went our separate ways, we still found ways to visit each other or talk on the phone when it had been too long since we had talked. Visiting him in San Francisco, touring the city and going to a Giants game is one of my favorite memories with him.
Bridesmaid
I've known Katie since middle school, where she used to have all of us girls over before school in the morning so we could curl our hair and get ready at her house, and still to this day Katie is always bringing people together in the same way! Whether it's trips to Tokeland, or a Mt. Bachelor ski trip, Katie is the glue that keeps us all together.
Groomsman
Charlie isn't just Hannah's brother, but someone I truly consider as my brother. Whenever we go to visit Seattle, I am always looking forward seeing him, and drinking one too many beers while we commiserate about the mariners and play board games.
Bridesmaid
Cameron is my cousin on my dad's side, and being less than a year apart I don't even remember life without her! Even when living in different cities or states we're able to carve out time for fun cousin trips, where we're frequently laughing so hard we're on the floor. I often think about how lucky I am to have a cousin who also doubles as a best friend.
Groomsman
Ethan is the most inspiring man I have ever met, someone who pushes me to try and be a better person with his care and compassion for his friends and his community. I met Ethan through Hannah at UW, and instantly had a connection through mountain biking, quicky becoming best friends and biking buddies.
Bridesmaid
I met Resham through Kappa Delta at UW, and became friends when we had a Greek mythology class together during Freshman Fall Quarter (which convinced us briefly that we should minor in Classics...). We'd go on to become roommates in the sorority and stay close friends after graduation, no matter the miles between us.
Groomsman
Gavin is a truly goofy man, never knowing what he is gonna say or do next. I met Gavin through Ethan when he moved back from Chicago, gold chain around his neck blasting rap music as we climbed up the mountain on our bikes. Not knowing what I was getting in to, we connected immediately, biking and hanging out every week together.
Bridesmaid
I met Lila when our younger brothers were in the same Kindergarten class and our families became close. Lila's a year older than me, so growing up together she always felt like the older sister I never had. Through all of the different places she's called home, from Panama to the Cayman Islands to DC to Iowa (I am certainly missing some!), we've always remained close.
Groomsman
Sam is my earliest friend from when I moved Everett as a kid, meeting each other on the first day of 1st grade, instantly becoming inseparable best friends spending every weekend together growing up. He is the brother I never had and the best friend I will always have.
Bridesmaid
I have known Anneka as long as I've known Blake, since around the time we were 7-8 years old. We grew up going on yearly family trips to Desert Canyon, camping trips, Superbowl parties and of course, Seafair. After Blake and I started dating we remained close friends, and I am so incredibly lucky to soon get to call her a sister-in-law.
Groomsman
Casey was always the bad influence growing up together since elementary school, always getting into trouble, or both of us causing mayhem in college. Casey moved to Montana about 7 years ago, and since then we have been able to stay in touch, visiting back and forth between states always having a grand time.
Bridesmaid
Julia and I met through the Aerospace Engineering program at UW, and after graduation we became roommates in Bellingham and started at Janicki Industries together. We quickly embraced the Bellingham vibes and picked up mountain biking together, and lived together until Julia moved back to Seattle to work at Boeing. Despite me marrying Blake, Julia will always be my "wife".
Groomsman
Jeff and I are brothers that have grown up with each other since we were born. Every weekend I was with my dad I was always begging to hang out with Jeff, having sleepovers at my Dad's or my Aunt and Uncle's, and riding dirt bikes in the field. He has been a rock in my life and someone I will continue to share many memories with.
Bridesmaid
Maggie and I became best friends when we were partners for the 7th grade science fair (for which we took second place!). After middle school we would walk to Maggie's house or take the bus to mine where we'd hang out for hours. Despite big moves across the country in high school, or living in different countries and states as adults, we remain incredibly close friends.
Bridesmaid
I met Joey when we both joined Kappa Delta at UW. We were close throughout college, rooming together sophomore year, and after graduating and successfully convincing her to join me at Janicki Industries, we lived in Bellingham together where we made countless memories biking and hanging out at the Sunset house.
