Airport Information
If you're flying in to celebrate with us, here are a few airport options to help you plan your trip: ✈️ Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) This is the closest and most convenient airport — just about a 20–30 minute drive to Panama City Beach! ECP has nonstop flights from cities like Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, and more, with service from Delta, Southwest, and American Airlines. ✈️ Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) Located about 1.5 hours away, VPS is a great backup option to check for flights — especially if you're coming from the Southeast. ✈️ Tallahassee International Airport (TLH) If you're planning a little Florida road trip, TLH is about 2.5 hours from the beach and could be another option depending on where you're flying from.

Panama City Beach has a wide variety of places to stay — from beachfront hotels to cozy vacation rentals. There are plenty of Airbnbs and Vrbo homes in the area, perfect for groups, couples, or solo travelers. While we haven’t reserved a specific hotel block, we encourage you to stay wherever feels most comfortable for you! For reference, we’ll be staying in an Airbnb about 10 minutes from the venue, so feel free to look in that area if you’d like to be nearby. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
