Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so grateful for your love and support! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and are truly excited to celebrate together on our special day!

Can my children attend?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion (with the exception of a few little VIPs from our family and wedding party). We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day!

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking at The Birchwood is very limited since it's a boutique hotel. To make things easier (and more fun!), we've arranged for a private trolley to shuttle guests after the ceremony at Mahaffey Theater to the reception at The Birchwood. We kindly encourage everyone to take advantage of the trolley service so you don't have to worry about parking or driving!

Please RSVP to all three events (Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception) if applicable through the RSVP tab. If you RSVP’d before selecting your meal preferences, simply scroll down, and select "Edit RSVP".

What is the dress code?

Welcome Party Attire: We’re embracing Florida coastal chic (polished yet relaxed). Ladies are encouraged to wear sundresses or maxi dresses in light, breezy fabrics. Gentlemen should opt for dress pants or chinos with a button-down shirt; no tie required, and blazers are welcome but optional. Think comfortable, elevated style for a warm coastal evening. Wedding Ceremony/Reception Attire: Black-Tie Optional- Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties. (Gowns and tuxes preferred, but not required)
