Just a 45 minute drive from Livingston, we hope you are able to take some time to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the United States! We recommend entering through the Roosevelt Gateway at the Northwest corner of the park. Get an early start as that is the best time to see the wildlife moving (Thomas and I arrived around 6am!). Plan to spend several hours or a full day exploring all the park has to offer! We recommend downloading the "Guide Along Tours" app. It will be the best $19.99 you spend! This app tracks your GPS movement throughout the park and narrates your journey and gives extensive history of the park and descriptions of the wildlife. You will not have cell service so plan for a fully unplugged journey!
Pierce Oja and his team at Wet Net Outfitters are serving as the Official Outfitter of the Craton Wedding! He and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and able to assist first-timers, intermediate fly fisherman, and advanced. Courtney's family has fished with Pierce many times and assure that you will not be disappointed being in his boat! Pierce is a sixth generation Montanan and has spent over a decade working in the fly fishing industry. Give him a call or visit his website to book your perfect day on the river!
