Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code is garden-inspired semiformal. Please no leggings, shorts or denim. We recommend something light and airy. Refer to the photo above for color scheme and outfit ideas.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation.
We love your little ones --- we really do. However, due to many factors including space, we respectfully request no children unless your invitation specifically names them. This is mostly an adult-only affair. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a night out. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.
We kindly request you RSVP no later than 06/01/2026 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date we will assume that you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate so on our RSVP tab so we may plan accordingly. If you cannot attend after you've RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible.
We know with the wedding being in July we should expect heat... with that said the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be a blend of indoors and out. Ample air conditioning will be available during reception as well as indoor bathrooms.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!
Yes! Drinks are on us. Please be sure to bring cash to tip the bartenders!
Our venue has free on-site parking. After driving up the driveway, continue up past the first parking lot to find a second ready for your car.
We appreciate that people from all over are joining us on our big day. We will be staying at Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge, but have added other highly rated local options in the 'Travel' tab above. There will also be an after-party at the hotel bar after the reception ends and would love to see you there!
We encourage anyone who plans to take advantage of the open bar, or who gets tired early, to ride the provided shuttle that drives to and from Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge-Brimfield and our venue. There will be one shuttle pickup before the ceremony that arrives at the hotel at 1:45pm and departs at 2:00pm. There will be two shuttles that depart from the venue to the hotel at times 8:00pm and 9:00pm. Don't fret if you miss the bus because Uber saves the day!
