Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 27, 2025. Unfortunately, any guest who has not RSVPed by the deadline will be marked as "no".

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our venue's capacity, only those who are listed on the formal invitation can attend our event. If your invite is addressed to you "and Guest", you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for transportation to and from our venue. We ask that you kindly share your details on the RSVP form so we can accurately arrange transportation.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Are any events outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Belleayre Mountain. The ceremony will take place at the summit, and guests will ride the enclosed gondola lift up to enjoy the scenic views along the way. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the patio at the Discovery Lodge, followed by an indoor reception inside the lodge.

What do I wear?

Answer

As our dress code is Black-Tie Preferred, dress to impress; dark suits, formal dresses, tuxedos, and gowns are appropriate.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Parking is available at the Discovery Lodge.
