Embassy Suites by Hilton Madison Downtown

This hotel is across the street and around the corner from the hotel where the wedding party will be staying! Embassy suites has honored the same rate as the Hilton Monona Terrace for the room block. If you have trouble accessing the group rate block ($189) then please reach out to Lauren (lagerlowski@gmail.com). Please note: the shuttles to the wedding venue will be coordinated to leave from Hilton Monona Terrace

Memorial Union

This is where we will have our wedding reception! The site has 6 guest rooms, which we’d love to reserve for friends and family with mobility needs. If that’s you, please feel free to book here! A quick note: check-in is at Union South (1308 W Dayton St), about a 5-minute drive away. That’s also where you’ll receive your parking passes for Memorial Union

Madison - Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

This is the most convenient airport to fly into. The Hilton has a shuttle which can be arranged for guests flying into MSN.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

A great option for flying to Wisconsin! About 60-75 minute drive to Madison with many direct flights from around the country. We recommend renting a car to drive to Madison from this airport.

Chicago O'hare International Airport (ORD)

A great option for flying to the area! About 2-2.5 hour drive to Madison with the most direct flights from around the country. You can rent a car and drive to Madison or take a bus that goes from O'hare's multi-modal facility directly to downtown Madison (Van Galder bus company)
