What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable at our wedding! The dress code is dressy casual - we love linen!! Given the warm weather in LBI this time of year, we suggest the following attire: • For women: Short or long dresses and jumpsuits are welcome. Since the ceremony will be on sand, we recommend flats, sandals, wedges, or block heels. • For men: A light dress shirt paired with khakis or other lightweight pants. Jackets and ties are optional.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold the ceremony on the bay beach right next to the Yacht Club, so please choose your shoes accordingly. This will be the only part of the evening on sand. Ladies, feel free to remove your shoes for the ceremony or opt for a block heel if preferred.

How to get to the wedding?!

Answer

Uber, Lyft, and the jitney are all available on the island! They can be hit or miss but you can book one in advance. There is also an LBI Shuttle a service that is run along all 18 miles of the island. With designated areas to stop it is easy to find a trolley and waive them down to get anywhere you need!

Is there a parking lot if I want to drive?

Yes! Feel free to park in the Yacht Club parking lot.

We love children, but we’re keeping this celebration an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us for this special day!
