DO YOU LIKE MUSEUMS?
Of course we recommend the UI Natural History Museum or Old Capital Museum or the Stanley Art Museum. Those are all within walking distance of the hotel.
LOOKING FOR SHOPPING?
The pedestrian mall and downtown has all sorts of fun shops! Grab some coffee from one of the shops and explore. And don't stop at the end of the downtown area. North of downtown, along Market St and Linn St are more shops and, of course, food. If you are looking for something that you forgot at home (guilty of that) there is a CVS in the Old Capital Mall or the Coral Ridge Mall is a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel.

- Nodo's - they have gluten free bread and do some great vegetarian sammys.
- Crepes de Luxe - they have a mix of sweet and savory crepes and a gluten free batter! Just have to ask for it.

On the Pentecrest you have the Museum of Natural History and the Old Capital. Down the hill there is the newly-opened Stanley Museum of Art. Kaitlin worked here most of her time in undergrad and this is where she grew to love museums!
