When should I arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM on the wedding day. Once the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, there will be no entry until cocktail hour. Here's the full schedule for the day: Ceremony arrival at 4:00 PM Ceremony starts at 4:30 PM Cocktail hour at 5:00 PM Dinner & dancing to follow!

What is the wedding dress code?

We can't wait to see our friends and loved ones dressed up for our big day! Please join us in formal attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate this special day surrounded by our close family and friends. Only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you go to RSVP on our wedding website.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Other than our immediate families, we have decided that our wedding events will be adults-only (21+). For our friends with children, we hope you will take advantage of a special date night!

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 15, 2026! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you aren’t able to make it so we can provide accurate numbers to our vendors. Thanks so much for your understanding!

What transportation will be available?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, a rental car or carpooling is encouraged. Ride-sharing apps are available for the welcome party and getting from the hotel to the wedding venue, but our wedding venue is in an area where they are not reliable for a ride home. A shuttle will be available at the end of the evening to go back to the hotel for those who need it! Please note: If you drive to the venue, overnight parking is not permitted.
