Bethany is the Bride's younger sister and best friend. The bond these sisters share is unmatched! Their perfect "sister day" is spent watching scary movies, eating sushi and going to Target. Beth is the sister with the math brain and the patience to work in a male dominated field... thank goodness. Beth and her husband Mitchell live in Nashville with their Corgi, Kipper and their two "kimpttens" (ask Beth if you want to see 100+ photos of her cats...). Bethany will be an amazing Maid of Honor for many reasons but above all, she will bring the energy to the dance floor all night with her killer dance moves!
Rachel Dantonio

Rachel and Jess go way back... friends since preschool! Rachel will always be part of the family. You would be hard pressed to find a friend as dependable as Rachel. Rachel is an awesome nurse and is one of the funniest people that the Bride and Groom know. From playing Barbie's in their parent's basements and playing Nancy Drew games as kids to going to Arctic Monkeys concerts and other miscellaneous adventures later in life (and maybe still playing Nancy Drew games from time to time...)- these two have had quite a journey growing up together! The Bride has always admired Rachel's bravery- Rachel goes on solo camping trips! How cool is that?? Jessica is so honored to have her longest friend at her side for this next adventure!
Amelia Schwartz

Amelia and Jess met back in the 5th grade and for years Amelia lived right down the street from the Schiras! If there is one person that can get Jess out of her introverted shell its Amelia. This woman has a way of talking to anyone and everyone and making them feel comfortable. Jessica would probably lose her mind if she didn't have Mia in her life- she gives the best advice and will always tell if to you like it is. If you ever find yourself in a position to require emergency assistance- you want Amelia to be your nurse. Seriously, this girl remains calm at all times and will literally save your life. Jess is so lucky to have worked alongside her and learn from her in her nursing career. From the days of rollerblading from sunup to sundown, to going on road trips to see John Mayer and seeing many musicals and plays, Jess and Mia have formed a treasured sisterhood.
Alex Martin

Alex and Jess have known each other since high school! Alex and Jessica instantly bonded over their love of music. Alex is an amazing keyboard/piano player and has such a good ear for creating and finding the best new music! One of Jessica's fondest memories with Alex is blasting the song Layla by Eric Clapton in her old van while they tried to get "pumped up" to play Biggby Coffee in Hartland. Alex and Jess have been on some fun adventures together- from recording a cover of the song Valerie for a school project for Alex, going to party with Amelia at her apartment at Oakland University, to playing coffee house gigs years ago. Alex is an incredibly caring and sweet friend. When Mia, Alex and Jess are together the laughs and Spongebob quotes never end. Jessica is so thankful and blessed to have Alex stand with her on this special day!
Hannah Ledgley

The Bride is lucky to say she met Hannah through the Groom about 7 years ago now! Hannah made Jess feel comfortable and welcome joining such a close-knit friend group. Hannah will out decorate ANYONE for Halloween. She and the Bride have shared a love for Animal Crossing together and have been learning how to fish out on Elizabeth Lake. The Bride's favorite memory with Hannah is going on one of their first river float trips in Tawas and getting caught in a storm- the ladies laughed it off while Keener and Ryan paddled like crazy! The Bride is so excited to have Hannah stand with her and Ryan on this special day!
Eric Nevison
Co-Best Man
The Groom met Eric playing football at the age of 7. Eric and Ryan have shared many adventures together, from exploring Pittsburgh and stumbling across an epic nature center, to watching Harry Potter movies and Dreamworks movies- they have a friendship that has lasted through the years. Eric and Ryan were roommates for about 7 years after Ryan returned from briefly living in Texas. There are two things you should know about Eric: 1. Don't let him order you an Uber or you might end up at the wrong Ford Field and 2. Don't ask him for directions! Ryan is honored to have Eric stand with him as his Co-Best Man on his special day.
Steve Hirsch

The Groom and Steve have known each other since the age of 6 when Ryan's family moved in next door! These two enjoyed many hours of playing roller hockey in the Hirsch's basement and were self-proclaimed stunt men- with the world record for fastest fisher price car (pulled by dirt bike...). Ryan was honored to be a Groomsman in Steve's wedding. Steve is an amazing new Dad to the cutest little boy- Gordie. Ryan is so honored to have Steve as his Co-Best Man and Officiant on his wedding day.
David Vaughn
Groomsman
Vaughn and the Groom have known each other since they played little league baseball together as kids. They were roommates on and off from high school until around 27 years old! Vaughn is a peace-keeper- he does not like to argue which might explain their ability to stay roommates for so long! One of the groom's favorite memories with Vaughn is going on river trips with Vaughn's family and finding the rams horns. Ryan is so blessed to have Vaughn stand with him on this day.
Zack Keener
Groomsman
Keener and the Groom met in middle school. They enjoyed playing multiple sports together including Golf, Basketball and Baseball. Keener is a great golfer and is unofficially sponsored by Budlight. Keener is the kind of friend who is always there for you, even if you need help digging your boat out of the sand in frigid temperatures. Who knew that one day these two childhood friends would both be lucky enough to have pontoons on Elizabeth Lake? Whatever you do, do not give Keener any fireworks under any circumstances! Ryan cannot wait to have Keener at his side on his wedding day!
David Hench

Hench and Ryan have been friends since the 6th grade. They grew up together playing many hours of airsoft, golf, basketball and hockey. Hench is an amazing Dad to the adorable Rayna. These two trouble-makers were always driving their mothers crazy- just ask Jacqui when she caught Ryan climbing back into the window after he snuck out to hang out with Hench one night. Hench and the Groom have remained close through all these years, Ryan is so lucky to have Hench be a part of his big day!
Jeff Grimes

Jeff and the Groom have known each other since high school. Ryans favorite memory with Jeff is being on the Lochness Monster baseball team in high school. Jeff and Ryan coached baseball together for two years at Walled Lake Western. If you need a golf betting tip- Jeff is your man! Ryan and Jeff have enjoyed playing on a golf league together over the past 4-5 years. Jeff will "dub-step" your face off- he brings some of the best techno music to the party. Ryan is so excited to have Jeff be part of his wedding party!
James Rock

Jimmy and the groom have known each other since high school. Jimmy is the kind of friend who would give you the shirt off his back- literally. Jimmy has the greatest mullet this side of the Mississippi and he can make anything out of a beer box. He is one of the hardest working people the Groom knows, and truly one of the most kind-hearted and caring people as well. Ryan is so lucky to have Jimmy be part of his wedding day!
