What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time, which begins at 4:30pm. If you are using the bus service provided, the bus will be picking up from the hotel at 3:30pm.

Will children be allowed to attend?

Answer

This is a child-free event, so please plan accordingly

Will there be hotels to stay in after the wedding?

Answer

Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel nearby. Please see the hotels and travel page for links. There are also many other hotels in the area that are available for reservation, however these will not offer a group rate.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus available for transport to the venue from the hotel, along with transport to the hotel after the reception. See the travel tab for more details including pickup times. ***The bus only fits about 60 people, so it is first come first serve if more than 60 people choose to stay at the hotel. Please have a backup plan in place for transportation if needed. Cars can be left at the venue overnight, and there are ubers in the area.

Answer

Please go to the RSVP page on this website, type in your name or a name from your party, and select your decision! Please RSVP for both you and your plus one, if provided.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue that you are free to use. However, we will be providing transportation from the hotel to the venue and back. See hotels and travel for more details.
