What is the attire?

Black Tie Optional; Semi-Formal, but no jeans please

Can I bring a guest or a date?

Answer

If your invitation states "and guest" then of course! If not, we are asking that you please just bring yourself. We are limited by the venue and budget to a set number of guests, and want to keep this day as a personal event--celebrating our new union with family and close friends, like you, whom we cherish and love.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love & adore your kids! Unfortunately, due to limited space, as well as the time and location of our wedding, we kindly request no children under the age of ten. We hope this allows for you to enjoy the evening and take the night off! If you need help arranging child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Where are the bride & groom registered?

Answer

Taylor & Jordin are registered at Amazon and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. You can find the links to any registries on the Registry page under "Other Registries." The future Mr. & Mrs. Schiffman are also accepting gift cards to Target and Home Goods.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, lots! Prince of Peace Church has a large parking lot, including handicap parking.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Prince of Peace has Saturday Mass from 5pm-6pm on Saturday evenings, so any time between 6pm and 6:30pm is perfect.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

For the ceremony, we are having an unplugged event in the church. We kindly ask that you refrain from using cellphones, cameras, iPads, etc. during our ceremony, as they may cause distractions and/or interfere with photos being taken by our wedding photographer. We promise to share our beautiful wedding photos with you all! For the reception, please feel free to take & share as many photos as you'd like! Don't forget to use our wedding hashtag #SchiffmanAndWoman when posting on social media!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Both the bride & members of the bridal party have nut allergies, so the reception is nut free! If there are other allergy issues you are concerned about, please contact the bride & we will do our best to try & make accommodations for you.
