Is there somewhere where we can share our photos and videos of your wedding day with you?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see the photos and videos you took on our wedding day (we all know it takes a little bit for the professional photos to come back, and sometimes guests capture the best behind the scenes photos)! We have created a Google Photos Album for everyone to share their photos and videos of our big day. The album can be accessed using the website link below (we will also have QR codes in various places at the reception that you can scan using your camera to access the album directly). Yes! We would love to see all of your photos from our big day! Please use the hashtag: #GoinHomeASchiavone when posting on social media so we can see all of the photos in one place!

What should I wear? Is there a Dress Code?

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire.

Will the Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our reception will be held in a covered, rustic barn with large sliding doors (long story short -it's basically outdoors but we have a roof over our heads). The temperature inside the barn will mostly reflect the weather outside that day so please dress accordingly. We're praying for a nice sunny and 75 degree day!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, so you can get settled before the processional begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm.

Is there parking at the church?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot across the street from the church.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There will be one shuttle running from Microtel Inn & Suites in Hamburg to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please check the Travel tab for more information.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of room for parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Vehicles must be removed from the venue at the end of the night and cannot be left overnight.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking pictures at the church. Guests can head to the hotel to check in and prepare for the reception. Cocktail hour will begin around 4:00pm.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! A hotel block is reserved at Microtel Inn & Suites in Hamburg. Please reference the Yakobosky / Schiavone wedding when reserving your room. You can reserve by calling 610-562-4234. Please book by August 1, 2022 to secure this rate.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, please note that our wedding will be an adult-only affair.

Should I come hungry?

Answer

Yes! We will have hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and a buffet style meal for dinner.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible of any dietary requirements so we can prepare accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is Monday, August 1, 2022. Please RSVP here on our website, or reach out to either one of us with any questions.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

You may bring a date/guest if it was stated on your invitation.
