Question

What’s for dinner?

Answer

The wedding is catered by Baba’s Mediterranean Cruise Cafe. Appetizers will be spanakopita, hummus, and pita bread. A buffet will offer gyros, chicken kebabs, feta cheese pasta, Greek salad, rice, and grilled veggies. This includes options for our dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian friends and family!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with your kiddos, this is an adults only event.

Question

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors with an outdoor cocktail hour, weather providing. Dinner and dancing will be primarily held indoors. There is AC throughout the building.

Question

What is the timing of the event?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow. Dinner will be served around 5:15pm. The venue requires all people and property to be out by 11pm, so there will be a 10:45 end time.

Question

Is the venue accessibility friendly?

Answer

There are stairs to enter the venue, with an elevator down the hall to reach the upstairs where the ceremony and reception are held. ADA restrooms available.

Question

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

Please don't! There will be a charge if outside alcohol is found on the venue premises. Beer and wine will be hosted throughout the event.

Question

Can I park at the venue or will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes to both. The venue offers an on-site parking lot free of charge. You can leave your car for free overnight as long as it is picked up by 10am the following morning, 6/8. There will also be a shuttle bus running once from the hotel at 2:30pm and later back to the hotel at 10:30.
