Why did you choose Lebanon Tennessee?

Answer

We spend a lot of time hiking in TN, so we love it. But more importantly, Cedars of Lebanon State Park is only half hour outside of Nashville, which has the best airport in this area. Since 90% of our guest list is from out of state (and we even have a few coming from out of the country!) we knew we needed to be close to a major airport!

Can I bring my child/children?

Answer

Absolutely! There are even two playgrounds right outside the venue.

Where should we stay?

Answer

If you look at the ”Travel” tab, we have two hotels in Lebanon that we’ve set up hotel blocks with. You may also want to check out the cabins at the venue- though there is a 2 night minimum stay for the cabins. Christian and I will be staying in a cabin!

What should I wear?

Answer

Business Formal! Please understand that you are coming to a wedding in May in the humid South, so wear lightweight clothes. We want everyone to be comfortable! The ceremony is outside in the sun, but the cocktail hour and reception is inside and in the shade. Ladies: you may want to wear a chunky heel as the ceremony will be on the grass :-)

Is anyone getting together before or after the reception?

Yes! Check the “Schedule” tab for more information. We will be hanging out on Broadway in downtown Nashville on Saturday night. Come join us!!!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We have two registries: Zola and Target. They can be found on the “registry” tab. Target can be found in the “other registries” section. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of us. We are so excited that you’ll be celebrating with us and cannot wait to see you, so soon!

Where is the ceremony? How will we find you?

Answer

The ceremony is at 2pm at the Cedars of Lebanon gazebo. When you first enter the park, there will be a park office on the right. You can ask them for directions. You can also just travel straight down the road, and when you get the the fork, veer right. You’ll see three buildings around a parking lot, next to a big field. The gazebo is in the field, and the largest building, closest to the road, is our Party Central for the day. We hope to have signs leading to the building through the park, as it’s a little bit of a drive from the park entrance. There are maps on the Cedars of Lebanon website, as well.
