What should I wear to a black-tie optional event?

Answer

Men- We kindly ask you wear either a tux, suit or sport coat. It is ok if you wear a summer weight suit we ask you do not wear khakis and a shirt. No sandals please. Women- We kindly ask you wear either an evening dress, cocktail dress, formal jumpsuit or pants suit. Length can vary. We ask you do not wear a sundress, casual romper/dress or sandals. (Please feel free to bring comfortable shoes/sandals for later on the dance floor if needed!)

Yes! We encourage you to either take our shuttle service or uber! Ubers are generally easy to get in this area.

In the event you drive our venue does offer valet parking. The people on premises will point you in the right direction if you tell them you are there for the Medaglia/Schenarts wedding in the Terrace Club.

We are registered on Zola. We have many different brands and stores on our registry but its published & powered by Zola.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let your server know this the night of the reception when they go around to take your order. Please also ask the servers at cocktail hour which foods are safe for you to indulge in.

Are kids welcome?

We love all of your kiddos and wish we could invite everyone but we kindly ask all guests to only bring who is addressed on their formal invitation.

We kindly ask all guests to only bring who is addressed on their formal invitation. If you have a plus one this will be notated on your formal invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask all guests arrive at the venue by 5:30pm.

When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP date is on your formal invitation. Please RSVP through our wedding website. If by any chance this causes confusion please feel free to contact the Bride/Groom or family of the bride.

Can you help me with directions?

Answer

Sure can! If you are driving to our ceremony/reception please do not let the traffic signs near the drawbridge confuse you. You need to cross that drawbridge in order to get to our venue. When you arrive you will see an attendant who is there to help escort you the correct way to our entrance. This property can hold up to 2 weddings at one time ours is in the Terrace Club. If you are driving and you see the tent you are in the right spot!
