Where should we spend the night?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Marriott Courtyard at Long Beach Airport or Hampton Homewood Suites at Long Beach Airport which are 4 miles from the venue and located within walking distance to Whole Foods and nearby restaurants. Additionally, Airbnb can be found throughout Long Beach, and there are more hotels in downtown Long Beach and Airbnb options nearby. Note, we do not have room blocks at any particular hotel.

What is Rancho Los Cerritos?

Answer

Rancho Los Cerritos is a 180 year estate owned and operated as a museum by the city of Long Beach. Open to the public for tours and walks through the garden, get ready to enjoy one of Long Beach's best kept secrets.

Any special directions? Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Google maps directions will lead you right to the venue. Note, you will drive through a golf course which is located directly adjacent to the venue. This is the land where cattle associated with the estate used to roam when it was still a functioning cattle ranch. Directions will lead you directly to a parking lot associated with the venue. There will be plenty of spaces.

Is there a brunch on Sunday?

Answer

We are hosting a brunch at our home the morning after the wedding to maximize our time with you. Please RSVP for this event as well so we can provide an appropriate amount of food. Please be prepared to remove shoes indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar that serves two signature cocktails, beer, and wine. Sodas, sparkling cider, and water will also be available.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine the wedding and reception will continue. We will have a tent for the reception and plenty of heating lamps. Please layer your clothing.
