Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or gown, keeping in mind that the cocktail hour will be held on grass.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4 pm. Please arrive on-site no later than 3:45 pm, but feel free to arrive any time to get settled in.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at our recommended hotels. Please note that taxi and rideshare services are not available in this area. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation or plan to drive.

What time should I be ready for transportion?

Answer

Catskill Seasons Inn: Please be at the lobby at 3 pm for pick up. Cold Spring Lodge & Cabins: Please be ready for pick-up and in the lobby at 3:10 pm. Shandaken Inn: Please be ready for pickup and in the lobby at 3:15 pm. Urban Cowboy Lodge: Please be ready for pickup and in the lobby at 3:30 pm. There will be buses that will take you back to these hotels at 10 pm after our wedding reception. There will also be buses to take you back at 12 pm if you choose to stay for the after-party.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
