Rumor has it if you mix business and pleasure it never ends well. Yet, here we are seven years later with a different spin on that old adage. Michael and I began as co-workers (I was his boss - some may say I still am), working late nights and long weekends in a local California Delta bar and restaurant each of us individually grew up patronizing with our families. From day one friendship and flirtation were second nature. Our casual and comfortable coquetry just kept growing and growing. In the fall of 2013 we both found ourselves single. When we weren't working, or I wasn't busy with all things grad school, we were together - constantly. Giants games, snow skiing, playing in & on the water, bonfires, bowling, late nights, long drives, lots of laughter, ultimately building something out of nothing - who would of thought that our "fun" would lead to us creating a home, starting a family, and building something uniquely ours? Great news for Michael and me, falling in love with a friend means the fun never has to end.
In 2019 we started planning what was meant to be an epic wedding day celebration. Michael and I were so pumped to potentially party the night away with each of you, in celebration of our marriage. Alas, the world had other plans. It is with a heavy heart we have chosen to completely cancel. We hope there is an opportunity in the not so distant future to “cheers” all of you, for ine reason or another. ❤️💜
