Group Ski Day! (Thursday)

Group Ski Day! 🎿 We're hitting the slopes for a group ski day, and we’d love for you to join us! If you're planning to ski and don’t have a season pass, please let Ryan or Taylor know if you'd like to purchase a group day pass. If we have enough people, we'll get a discount on the tickets, so the more, the better! If you have an Ikon season pass, no need to worry—you can use that instead! Please RSVP for the event as usual, but be sure to reach out separately if you’re interested in the group pass. Looking forward to a fun day on the mountain with all of you! ⛷️

Welcome Cocktail Hour

This will be a casual evening, so no need to dress up — cozy, comfortable, and weather-appropriate is perfect! It’ll be chilly once the sun goes down (hello, mountain winter), so we recommend warm layers, closed-toe shoes, and jackets or coats you won’t mind wearing outside. Think après-ski, but without the skis!
Join us for a casual welcome party on Friday evening to kick off the wedding weekend! Everyone is invited to stop by for drinks, snacks, and a chance to mingle before the big day. It’ll be held at Taylors parents’ Airbnb (just a short walk from the village), so please walk if you can and be respectful of the neighborhood. We’ll have an après-ski inspired spread with cocktails, wine, beer, and plenty of cozy bites to snack on. We can’t wait to see you there!

Please dress warm, the event will be outside in the snow! The event will be located on a groomed snow path, but parts of the resort may be icy.
We will have some warm drinks available to enjoy. No phones at the event, thank you. Can't wait to see you!

Dress Code: Mountain Polished Please dress nicely, but no need to go full formal! Think slacks, collared shirts, dresses, or dressy separates — somewhere between casual and cocktail. We kindly ask guests to skip flannel, jeans, and sneakers. Hawaiian shirts are technically acceptable... but it is winter in the mountains, so maybe save them for the dance floor.
Join us for a relaxed and joyful evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing! Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options — we’ll share the full menu on our website once it’s finalized. We’ll also be keeping the party going with late-night snacks and an open bar featuring a selection of drinks, including a couple of signature cocktails we’ve created just for the occasion. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Post Wedding Ski Afternoon! (Sunday)

For those who are up for it, we’re planning a chill afternoon on the slopes the day after the wedding! We’re thinking of a more relaxed, half-day session so everyone can recover and enjoy the mountain at their own pace. If you're interested in skiing, please let Ryan or Taylor know if you'd like to be part of a group pass. We’ll need enough people to qualify for a discount, so it’s all about making it a fun group outing! As always, if you have an Ikon season pass, you can just use that—no need to worry about tickets. If you’re in for some post-wedding skiing, let us know! ⛷️
