If you would prefer to stay somewhere with nicer accommodations, we recommend this hotel located 20 minutes away from the venue. However, please note that transportation will not be provided to and from the venue. There is also no room block set up at this hotel.

Flight

Newark Airport or Stewart International Airport

The closest airports to the venue are Newark Airport in Newark, NJ and Stewart International Airport. Newark Airport is approximately a 1.5 hour drive to the venue and Stewart is approximately a 40 minute drive to the venue. When you land you can either drive (suggested) or take a train (only available if you're flying into Newark). LaGuardia Airport is also an option but be mindful of summer traffic.

Rental Car

Driving

Driving to Port Jervis will give you the most flexibility in exploring the area while you're visiting. We will provide transportation to and from the Hampton Inn & Best Western before the ceremony and after the reception so you can enjoy the festivities on Saturday night. If you are planning on spending the day on Saturday, there is parking on site. There will not be transportation prior to 5:30PM.

Train

New Jersey Transit

You can also get to Port Jervis via the New Jersey Transit Main/Bergen - Port Jervis line. Keep in mind that weekend train schedules may be limited. From Newark Airport: Take the Airtrain to the Rail Link station towards New York City. Transfer at Secaucus to the Main/Bergen - Port Jervis line. (Approximate travel time: 2.5 hours) From New York City: Take the train from New York Penn Station to Secaucus. Transfer to the Main/Bergen - Port Jervis line. (Approximate travel time: 2.5 hours) For up-to-date train schedules please consult NJ Transit's website. Please note: Port Jervis and the surrounding area is rural and taxis, Uber, Lyft, Via etc. may not be available when you arrive. We suggest booking a car service ahead of time to pick you up at the train and drop you at your hotel if you choose this option.
