Cynthia and Leonardo met in the fall of 2010 at the Univerisity of California, Santa Barbara (go gauchos!). Leonardo was a 3rd year student and Resident Assistant in Santa Cruz Hall, where Cynthia lived during her first year. Cynthia admired Leo’s music taste while Leonardo kept her in the friend zone (I know, what a fool). For the next three years, Cynthia and Leonardo remained friends as they continued to cross paths. Finally, Leo realized he had wasted three years of his life and texted Cynthia on her birthday, essentially confessing his obssession of and love for her. The rest is history.
