Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We request that guests try to arrive 30 minutes early to avoid missing the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be available from Homewood Suites by Hilton and the neighboring Hampton Inn Suites to and from the venue. The shuttle will begin pickup at 4:30 PM and will be doing one loop from both hotels to the venue. The shuttle will return to pick guests up from the venue at 10 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Please be sure to RSVP by September 7th so we can ensure an accurate headcount!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation/RSVP. Enjoy the date night on us! Any children invited will be listed on the RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/ RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding and please let us know if you have any questions!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers plenty of free parking if you choose to drive. The ceremony and reception will be at the same location.
