Dress nice casual but most important be comfortable. We want our guests to be themselves around us. We are ohana after all. Virginia does get VERY hot (85-102 F) in August and the venue is outdoors.
The Ceremony will start at 5pm. We do ask that guests start arriving at 4:30 so they may have a chance to park, find a seat, and mingle.
If you have diatary needs or concerns please feel free to let the bride and groom know right away. There is a place to descrbe these needs on the RSVP card . The food at the reception will have Kosher, Halal, Vegan, and Gluten Free options.
No there will not be an open bar. There will be champaigne provided for the toast. There will also be sparkling grape juice for those under 21 or prefer not to drink.
Yes. Please let the bride and groom be aware if you are planning to attend or not attend.
No. The ceremony will be held outdoors regardless of the weather. if it does rain the ceremony will take place under the party tent.
Yes. There are permanate restroom facilities located on the property.
yes! we love all of our ohana especially the litttle ones! However, if your child is too young to eat solid foods feel free to bring something you know the baby will eat.
Yes! Dogs are ohana too! We do ask that if you bring your furry family member that they remain on-leash or in a pen during the duration of the festivities.
