Timeline of Events 6:30 pm - Ceremony - Riverside Pavilion (outdoors) 7:00pm - Cocktail Hour - Coliseum (indoors) - though you are free to spend time outside as well 8:00 pm - Reception - Sea Star Grand Ballroom (indoors)

What time should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30 pm - so get there early! Aim for 6:00 pm. You will be able to explore a bit of the aquarium as you make your way to where the ceremony is.

Can I check out the aquarium?

Answer

Absolutely! You will be welcomed by the stingrays on your way in. During cocktail hour, all drinks and food will be IN the aquarium. Feel free to explore all of the exhibits.

Are there local hotels for us out-of-town guests?

Answer

Of course! Check out the travel page. There are three options. One literally next to the aquarium and 2 others only 3 miles away. They range in different prices but all have a wedding block discounted rate when you mention the Scanlon-Brachman wedding!
