What is the attire for this event?

Where should I park for the Private Ceremony?

Answer

When arriving to the Baughman Center, park in the lot that has a light blue sign that says "Baughman Center, Ficke Gardens". There will be parking attendants to help you find just the right spot. If in the rare situation that this lot is full, they will redirect you to a lot across the street.

What do I need to know about transportation for the reception?

Answer

Our reception venue has very limited parking space. We have arranged for those attending to park in the Cornerstone Church parking lot which is directly next to our reception location. Guests will be shuttled over in a 15 passenger van. The drive is less than 5 minutes. This transportation will be available throughout the afternoon to and from the reception location. Please DO NOT park in the Williston RV Crossings Resort parking lot. They are doing us a huge favor by allowing us to use their clubhouse and we don't want to offend them in any way. Thank you for understanding!

What is the phone policy for this event?

Answer

For the Wedding ceremony and Unity ceremony there will be designated photo opportunities instructed by the officiant. Outside of those moments, we ask that you turn your phone off or put it on silent. We want our ceremonies to be unplugged and that our guests enjoy the moment without technology. Justin and Breanna have waited a long time for this special day and will be disappointed if the ceremony is interrupted by a phone notification or picture taking with your phone. Once the formalities are over, we invite you to take out your cameras and capture the fun at our reception! Please feel free to take photos and videos to remember this special night. There will be a QR code posted around the room that will take you to an app where you can share your experience with us. Thank you for respecting our wishes as you join us for this special day.

What food will be served at this event?

Answer

Brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, Italian green beans, rolls, and salad. We've requested that the caterer take precautions for gluten due to Breanna's allergy. The meat, mashed potatoes, green beans, and the salad (minus croutons) should be gluten free. We cannot guarantee that the food will be 100% gluten free, so please consider this if you have an allergy. For a gluten free cake option, please see the person serving cupcakes. We respectfully as that this option is limited to people with a gluten allergy.

Is this a child friendly event?

Answer

For children who do attend, there will be child friendly elements at our reception. We do ask that you supervise your children at all times. Children will not be allowed to acquire food without adult supervision. We want every one of all ages to have FUN at this event, but we do ask that special event moments (unity ceremony, special dances, etc) be respected (aka. Please don’t let your kids run around and be loud.) Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I take pictures during the ceremonies?

Dear friends and family, we're thrilled to have you here celebrating with us. There will be a designated moment for you to pull out your phone and take a picture. The officiant will let you know when. Outside of that moment, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during each ceremony. We want to ensure that our special moment is captured professionally, and we'd love for you to be fully present with us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What is the difference between the wedding ceremony and the Unity Ceremony?

Answer

We are delighted to share that our wedding celebration will comprise two intimate events. Due to the limited capacity at our wedding ceremony venue, we have arranged for a special Unity ceremony to take place at our reception venue, which accommodates a larger gathering. This heartfelt ceremony will not only underscore Justin and Breanna's commitment to one another but also incorporate a meaningful family element. We are eager to share this special moment with all our loved ones and appreciate your understanding as we navigate the logistical considerations. Your presence on our special day means the world to us, and we look forward to celebrating with you.
