Gary & Sarah had both been searching the online dating world, & become convinced that "The One" did not exist (in fact, Gary was convinced that someone had peed in the dating pool!). Sarah happened upon Gary's dating profile & asked if he had any experience with gluten-free cooking, to which he replied that he hadn't cooked gluten-free (or Sarah Safe, as he now calls it), but he'd be willing to give it a try... and the rest is history!
