My journey with Alex started in high school. Back then we were just friends who played volleyball together. As the years went on Alex was always that person that I could go to when I needed help. Help with a problem or help fixing something! When Sam came along Alex and him became best buddies. Now we are the three amigos and I do not know what I would do without him!

Abigail Rolland

Matron of Honor

As cousins, Abby and I have been inseparable since the beginning. We are two peas in a pod. Growing up I remember spending hours and hours with her playing Legos, Barbies, and Little People. Abby and I love the thrill of the chase when it comes to finding a good deal! Yard sales, thrift stores, clearance sales you name it! I am very thankful to call her my cousin and my matron of honor.❤️

Autumn Twardowski

Autumn and I met in college on our first day of volleyball practice. We both had the same love for the game and coincidentally we later found out we share the love for giving back. We were both scholars for a community service organization on campus, MCAT. The next 4 years we spent playing our favorite sport together, giving back to the community, and working together in our teaching program. In college, if you were trying to find me you would look for her because we were attached at the hip. Today we are both living our lives coaching volleyball and we are both teaching first grade!

Taylor is the first of two. Taylor and I met in college in our community service organization, MCAT. We were both community service scholars. We both bonded over our quirky personalities and our love for animals. Our favorite service opportunities involved animals, Stray Rescue of St. Louis. We would spend many days walking the strays around the city and talking non-stop while we did. The other was Bridge The Divide. This was a therapeutic horseback riding program for kids with special needs. When I saw Taylor interact with those kids I knew she was someone I wanted to always have in my life. ❤️

Taylor is the second in my Taylor sandwich! Taylor and I met in college in our community service organization, MCAT. Taylor is a kind, smart, compassionate, and loving person. Throughout college I looked up to her determination. She is the perfect person with the most amazing heart. I am eternally grateful that she chose to keep me around. She is a magical friend and person. I love her dearly!

Kelly Eastman

Kelly and I first met when we were in high school. we both played on the volleyball team together and found an instant connection. High school went on and we both went to college. I was so excited to find out that Kelly would also be attending McKendree. Over the last 10 years I seem to keep finding my way to Kelly. It seems as if God has put her in my life for a reason and she is here to stay! Kelly is always there for me with a smile and a good joke. It is always a good day when Kellys around.
