Thank you to whoever invented online dating!! To all of you skeptics, don't knock it til you try it! Jose and I met online on a website called MeetMe. I remember that first hello from this cutie with green eyes. I was instantly smitten. Two days of non stop messages and we decided to meet up at a cute coffee shop called Iguana Café. I was horribly late but he waited patiently. Conversation flowed and he took the initiative to pay for my parking meter so that I could stay a while longer. Multiple coffees later, next thing we knew the server came to let us know they were now CLOSED! We had not realized all the people in the shop had left. Straight out of a RomCom I know!

We all know that Jose is not very good with surprises even though I absolutely LOVE them! After a failed attempt to propose to me on Mother's Day he decided to make it short and sweet. Right before leaving for Father's Day dinner (not sure what is it with him and holidays lol) he popped the question at home.
